§1 Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Sklep internetowy dostępny pod adresem www.morningloryblend.com prowadzony jest przez firmę Aleksandra Polańczyk, ul. Cybernetyki 3/12, 02-677 Warszawa, NIP: 5213887834.

  2. Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze sklepu, składania zamówień, dostawy, płatności oraz odstąpienia od umowy.

§2 Składanie zamówień

  1. Zamówienia można składać bez zakładania konta użytkownika.

  2. Złożenie zamówienia jest równoznaczne z zawarciem umowy sprzedaży.

  3. Wszystkie ceny są podane w złotych polskich i zawierają podatek VAT.

§3 Płatności

  1. Dostępne formy płatności:

    • przelew online,

    • karta płatnicza,

    • szybkie płatności (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay),

    • inne metody dostępne przez operatora płatności (np. Stripe).

  2. Zamówienie realizowane jest po zaksięgowaniu płatności.

§4 Dostawa i realizacja zamówień

  1. Zamówienia realizowane są na terenie Polski przez firmy kurierskie.

  2. Czas realizacji wynosi zazwyczaj od 3 do 5 dni roboczych od zaksięgowania płatności.

  3. Jesteśmy lokalną marką produkującą w małych partiach – dziękujemy za cierpliwość i zrozumienie.

§5 Reklamacje

  1. Klient ma prawo złożyć reklamację w przypadku wad towaru.

  2. Reklamację należy zgłosić na adres: kontakt@morningloryblend.com, podając opis oraz dane zamówienia.

  3. Reklamacje rozpatrywane są w ciągu 14 dni kalendarzowych.

§6 Odstąpienie od umowy

  1. Klient może odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni kalendarzowych od otrzymania przesyłki, bez podania przyczyny.

  2. Aby to zrobić, wystarczy napisać wiadomość na kontakt@morningloryblend.com.

  3. Zwracany produkt musi być nienaruszony. Koszty odesłania pokrywa klient.

§7 Ochrona danych osobowych

  1. Dane klientów są przetwarzane zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności.

  2. Administratorem danych jest Basic Blend Aleksandra Polańczyk.

§8 Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Regulamin obowiązuje od momentu opublikowania na stronie.

  2. Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian – będą one publikowane na stronie.

  3. W sprawach nieuregulowanych zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego.

  2. These terms define the rules of using the store, placing orders, shipping, payment, and withdrawal from the contract.

§2 Orders

  1. Orders can be placed without creating a customer account.

  2. Placing an order constitutes a binding sales agreement.

  3. All prices are shown in PLN and include VAT.

§3 Payments

  1. Accepted payment methods:

    • online bank transfer,

    • debit/credit card,

    • express payments (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay),

    • other methods provided via Stripe or other payment operators.

  2. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

§4 Shipping & order processing

  1. Orders are shipped within Poland via courier services.

  2. The standard order processing time is 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  3. We are a small local brand producing in limited batches – thank you for your patience and understanding.

§5 Complaints

  1. Customers have the right to file a complaint in case of product defects.

  2. Complaints should be sent to: kontakt@morningloryblend.com, including a description and order details.

  3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

§6 Right of withdrawal

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason.

  2. To do so, send a message to kontakt@morningloryblend.com.

  3. Returned products must be unused. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

§7 Personal data protection

  1. Customer data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  2. The data controller is Aleksandra Polańczyk.

§8 Final provisions

  1. These terms apply from the moment they are published on the website.

  2. The seller reserves the right to make changes, which will be published on the website.

  3. Any matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
